If we will be shipping within the US please state if you would like media mail, priority mail, delivery confirmation or insurance. Outside the US, shipping is Global Priority or Air Mail. We will get back to you with your total including shipping.

The on special price of the book is $9.95. Tax may be applicable depending on your location. You will be given directions for using Paypal, which is the only form of payment that Bethanne accepts. Once payment is received your book will be shipped on the next business day.
